"Bryan Chambers responded promptly and submitted a very professional proposal. His foreman and crew were efficient, got in, and got out. The work was carefully done. Very neat cutting in and minimal spattering. Jose, the foreman, was courteous and quick to respond to requests. The only disappointment was that while all loose paint was removed, the evidence of the old distressed paint was not. Would have required steps like belt sanding. In fairness, the proposal specified that loose paint would be removed, but did not call for further work such as the belt sanding. Overall the results were good and it was a good value."
